However, larger tumors might cause blood  in urine, lower back pain, fatigue,  unexplained weight loss, fever diagnosis  typically starts with urine and blood  tests.  Doctors may conduct imaging tests like  ultrasounds, CT scans, or MRIs to gain  clarity.  Rarely, biopsies are done to confirm the  presence of cancer.
