This goal targets your core and will help you build strength. Goal number 10, hold a wall sit for 90 seconds. This goal will help you build strength and endurance in your legs. Of these goals, I'd say that walking for 30 minutes without stopping and doing 10 push-ups in a row are two of the most impactful. They're easy to work towards, and they'll make a big difference in your overall fitness level. The key is to be consistent and make progress gradually. Consistency is key when it comes to working out at home. It's better to do a short workout every day than to try to do a long workout once a week.
